Hi, I'm Coach T. I'm an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, one of the world's leading authorities in evidence-based training. I help people build strength and muscle, move better, and train pain-free by focusing on how the body actually works. Through detailed movement assessments, gait analysis, and corrective exercise strategies, I identify hidden imbalances and address problems at the root — not just the symptoms.
